Do you offer a meet and greet service at the airport?
We track your flight and move your pickup to the actual landing time at no extra charge. Your first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. After that, waiting is £15 per 15 minutes (£60 per hour) + VAT. If your flight is more than 3 hours late, we will still honour your booking, but extra waiting charges may apply.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time and update your chauffeur’s arrival time automatically. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, calculated from the aircraft’s landing time rather than its scheduled time. in additional waiting time if required after the complimentary 60 minutes, a charge of £15 per additional 15 minutes (£60 per hour) + VAT, applies. Your chauffeur will be ready to welcome you, assist with your luggage and ensure a smooth onward journey.
