Terms And Conditions

All Charges in the current tariff published by the Company are payable before the journey starts. 

The Company prohibits persons other than their drivers from driving their licensed private hire cars.

The Company is insured for damage to its cars by fire or collision and for legal liability for third-party claims arising from insured private hire drivers using its vehicles.

However, any damage to the car’s interior or exterior and any injury sustained in the vehicle during the hire period will be the hirer’s responsibility if caused by the hire, guest of the hirer, or any members of the wedding party.

Fixing or sticking anything to the car without the Company’s permission is forbidden.

Waiting time terms

Airport Pick-ups:

One hour of free waiting time from the actual landing time of the plane.

Non-Airport Pick-ups

Fifteen minutes of free waiting time. 

No Show conditions

The Company will consider a no-show booking, and customers must rebook in these circumstances.

Airport Pickups.

  • Airline delays for 3 hours or more.
  • Flight get Canceled.
  • Customer demand to carry more passengers as it is licenced to carry

Non-Airport Pickups

  • After 30 minutes of the pick-up time.
  • If the customer refuses to pay for waiting time.
  • Customer demand to carry more passengers as it is licenced to carry

We also take no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as road works, road closures or accidents.

If an MTS team member suggests a pick-up time, the person requesting the suggestion must cross-check it.

The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgment of the national speed limit, road conditions and traffic at any time.

Driving Condition

When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless expressly otherwise instructed by the Company, travel by the route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient for motoring whether the road is shortest, faster or not.

No allowance will be made to the hirer because the route adopted is not the most straightforward.

Passengers and luggage allowance

A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed only in the car’s boot, but the driver will not carry baggage that the driver considers excessive weight.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in the car.

The driver will not carry any suitcases inside the vehicle’s passenger compartment.

Requests while on Board

Under some circumstances, the driver will take instructions/alterations from the passenger/s to change the booked journey , and the appropriate charge will apply with the operator’s approval. 

VAT

MTS is VAT-registered in the United Kingdom and charges a 20% U.K. VAT is the Value Added Tax on our services – MTS VAT number is 439601586

Make and model and colour of the car booked

We endeavour to provide the requested colour and type of car. However, our Company will accept no liability if this is impossible and changes are made at the last minute due to accidents. 

At this event, the company will supply an alternative vehicle with similar specifications.


Cancelation

The Company processes refunds using the following scale as a guide:

In the event of a booking cancellation, we reserve the right to retain such payments:

Days to the pick up: Cancellations 14 Days before the start of the journey are fully refunded.

Days to the pick up: Cancellations between 7 and 14 days Days before the start of the journey are refundable by 50%

Days to the pick up: Cancellations between 0 and 7 Days before the start of the journey are non-refundable.

Account customers 

Our account customers are invoiced every two weeks or immediately after completing booked journeys unless alternative arrangements are made or we make alternative agreements.

Payment must be made 14 days after the invoice is sent unless alternative arrangements exist.

Payment dates are on all invoices.

Overnight accommodation

Where a chauffeur must spend the night away, food, beverage, and lodging will be charged at cost, and these charges will be subject to VAT.

Unless pre-agreed, we don’t include Parking, ferry, and toll charges in our rates.
