Terms And Conditions

All Charges in the current tariff published by the Company are payable before the journey Start. 

The Company expressly prohibits any persons other than their drivers from driving their licensed private hire cars.

The Company accepts responsibility for damage to their cars by fire or collision and the Company’s legal liability for third party claims arising from the use of their vehicles, however, any damage to the cars interior or exterior any injury sustained to the car during the hire period will be the hirer the car responsibility if caused by the hire, guest of the hirer, or any members of the wedding party.

The fixing of any articles or embellishments to the car without the Company’s express permission is forbidden.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances outside its control and any suggested pick up time by a team member of MTS must be cross checked with the hirer .

The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgment of the road conditions and traffic at any particular time.

When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless expressly otherwise instructed by the Company, travel by the route which is in his opinion the best and most convenient for motoring whether the road is shortest, faster or not.

No allowance will be made to the hirer because the route adopted is not the most straightforward.

A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed only on the cars boot only, but the driver will not carry the baggage that the driver’s opinion amounts to excessive weight.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in the car.

The driver will not carry any suitcases inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

The driver will take in some circumstances instruction/alteration to the booked journey from the passenger/s, and the appropriate charge will apply with the approval of the operator. 

Our Company reserves the right to invoice clients unless our clients send cancellation 7 days bofore the pick up date. 

VAT: U.K. Value Added Tax of 20% is included in our services as we are VAT registered  in the United Kingdom.

We endeavor to provide the color and type of car requested. Still, Our Company will accept no liability if this is not possible and changes have been made last minute due to any accidents, and The Company will supply an alternative vehicle of similar specification in this event.

The company process refunds using the following scale as a guide:

In the event of a booking cancellation, we reserve the right to retain such payments:

Days to the pick up: Cancellation 14 Days before the start of the journey are fully refunded.

Days to the pick up: Cancellation between 7 and 14 days Days before the start of the journey are refundable by 50%

Days to the pick up: Cancellation between 0 and 7 Days before the start of the journey are non refundable at all.

Account customers would be invoiced every two weeks or immediately after completing booked journeys unless alternative arrangements or we made alternative agreements.

Payment must be done 14 days after the invoice us sent unless an alternative arrangements are in place.

Payment dates are on all invoices.

Overnight accommodation: where a chauffeur must spend a night away, a charge will be made for food, beverage, and lodging at cost, and these charges will be subject to VAT.

We don’t include Parking, ferry, and toll charges in our rates unless pre agreed.
